Moon Reflections & More Forecasts for July and August, 2013

Sun, Moon, Mercury and Jupiter will be in Cancer for most of the month. Jupiter, the king of the gods, links up with a harmonic connection to Saturn and Neptune and shares extra powerful possibilities to bring your dreams to fruition when they are in alignment with the good for the most people. Attunement to your inner world, empathy and compassion, creativity and inspiration, can be used for life enhancing experiences.
Saturn in Scorpio turning direct on July 7 will intensify the need for lasting changes in the power structures of our society. In America and many other western countries, corporations, banks and Wall Street are the powers controlling us, the people. Saturn brings up fears and insecurities and wants us to become clear and act on our clear intentions. In the sign of Scorpio it is all about unveiling what is hidden and underneath the surface reality.
We also have the long lasting and transforming transit of Pluto in Capricorn with a similar message. Many signs are pointing towards waking up to the bigger truth of what the heck is going wrong.
With Uranus retrograde on July 17 and the Full Moon in Aquarius July 22, there will be a huge revolutionary potential for breakthrough, empowering grass roots movements to help bring true change. I have seen a lot of activities here on Maui and around the country opposing the unbelievable, life denying acts of the Monsanto Company. These activities are the way to go if we want to save the planet for ourselves and our children.
Gaining a higher perspective into the realities of life can guide us to make better choices individually and have exponentially more impact as more people move in the same direction.
New Moon in Cancer July 7 or 8
A New Moon always starts us on a new journey for the coming months and sets the emotional tone, depending on the sign it is in. With a powerful New Moon in its own sign Cancer, the sign of the mother, you will be invited to find new ways to balance yourself emotionally in these turbulent and deeply upsetting times. Spending more time with your family, your friends, and your children is a powerful way to feel connected, useful and loving.
Aligning your decisions and actions with the higher perspective of oneness and compassion will give you better sleep at night and a moment to moment actualization of your higher potentials as a human individual. This is what we need to do and this is where our personal point of power lies.
Super Full Moon in Aquarius July 22 and A second Aquarius Full Moon August 20-21
A Full Moon is always bringing light and awareness into the specifics of its sign. Aquarius is the revolutionary, guided by a vision of freedom, equality and solidarity. These are the activists, the rebellious spirits and forerunners pointing the way for evolutionary changes. And we will be having two of these to really help bringing home the point.
This Full Moon is especially powerful because it is also the third of three Super Moons in a row. A Super Moon happens when the Moon is the closest to the earth, pulling on the earth’s plates and electromagnetic fields. This is all very powerful stuff, especially because it is tied in with your emotional awareness and maturity. Good, juicy feelings mean you are on the right track; keep going. Bad feelings are a call to action.
